All cookies are made fresh for each order, as such, full payment is required for all cookie orders. Please note due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept refunds/returns for change of mind.

If there is an issue where we are at fault, please take a photo of the actual order and cookies received and we will discuss a refund or replacement.

For orders utilizing a courier, we will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping costs or damage to parcel by shipping courier. Kindly contact shipping courier with your tracking number and have them correct the issue.

Please ensure someone is present for your delivery. Kindly note, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to send the parcel to an address that is:

a) has someone in attendance upon delivery

b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery ( to avoid this option, choose a shipping address that is occupied during delivery).
